What one cannot carry out alone,
a group of people can, adding their individual capabilities,
creativity to the common success. This can never be formed
on its own.
Getting to know, accepting one
another becomes easier and more effective if the participants
happen to have the chance to get rid off imprinted workplace-schemes,
behavioral patterns, and try new ones instead of the old.
Changing life situations demand changes in roles. According
to our experience developing a team spirit, development of
individual capacities guarantee effective and remaining effects
as they create situations which are adaptable to everyday
Methodology of the program
Individual tasks built one upon
the other in a playful way, with much movement but less physical
activity. Basic principle is voluntarism. Games give a possibility
for evaluating yourselves, amusing and active recreation,
as well. Besides these so-called developing training tasks
can also be built into the program.
Schedule of the program
Introduction: The moderator introduces
him/herself, gives information on the program; team-building
Games: Varying in duration and
contents. Teams solve tasks together or 'delegate' a team-member
to do some of the tasks. The games can be varied, narrowed
or widened on the participants' own taste.
- Introduction skills - Irregular way
of introduction for people already knowing each other or
knowing the others more or less.
- Internal movement skills - These games
can be played indoors, even in a room, and can slightly
move the participants.
- Creative tasks - To find out which group
is the most creative. Participants get into situations where
they have to use their individual insight and fresh mind.
- Tasks from general culture - To show
how educated you are concerning cultural questions.
- Tasks of logic - Complicated tasks for
a team to work together with the help of all participants.
There are also thematical training
skills existing for companies, working teams/groups. These
are appropriate for mastering and developing abilities, capabilities,
skills which are necessary for working together at a workplace.
Training: The following
should be kept in mind and developed with the help of the
above mentioned playful but informative skills.
- Cooperation - By experiencing relying on
each other, putting together many scattered, divided information
you can reach that many people work effectively for a common
- Commmunication - This is in itself a big separate
block. We have to emphasize unambiguous communication, sharing
information, listening to each other and assertive communication.
- Conflict management - Work and life situations
in general include many possible conflicts. You can learn
to recognize them more consciously. With the help of some
tasks creating conflicts you can trace the strategies of
- Management skills - Emphasis is on taking
decisions and taking responsibility.
Announcing the results, conclusion,
summarizing: Players/Participants tell about their experiences
and coaches/trainers also give a feedback of the past activity
of the teams.
Every program is being worked out
on previous checking, research of demands and confirmation
with the Customer.
